Veil Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use Veil.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials.

3. Marketplace

Veil provides a platform where users can buy, sell, and trade collectibles and other permitted products. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions. Veil is not responsible for disputes, counterfeit items, damaged goods, shipping issues, or losses arising from transactions between users.

4. Permitted Products

Products that are legal under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws may be listed on Veil. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that all products they list, market, sell, ship, and deliver comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Veil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing or suspend any account that violates these Terms, applicable law, or Veil's marketplace policies, or that poses legal, regulatory, or business risks, including restrictions imposed by payment processors, financial institutions, or service providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• List fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen, or misleading items.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Veil or its services.
• Upload malware or other harmful content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Veil does not store your payment information.

7. Privacy

Your use of Veil is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Veil name, logo, software, and other platform content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Account Suspension

Veil may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

10. Disclaimer

Veil is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Veil after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
